Returned items must be returned in the same condition as when you received it and must be returned
within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Auction Items are shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of payment. Custom prints take 2-3 days to produce and get shipped, provided I am not out of town travelling. Normally items are shipped the day after payment is received. We try to ship the same or next day whenever possible.
